Emergency Towing - 24 Hour Dispatch
To the nearest repair facility, including accidents & non-accident related towing. Hook-UP and tow service provided up to 25 miles or $75 of reimbursement if member goes out of network.

Emergency Road Service - 24 Hour Dispatch
A service truck will be dispatched to come to the member’s aid.

Emergency Delivery of Supplies - 24 Hour Dispatch
A service truck will deliver emergency supplies of gasoline, water, oil or other necessary supplies. The member pays only for the actual cost of the supplies delivered. Who else does that for you?   (see coverage)

Emergency Battery Service - 24 Hour Dispatch
All service vehicles are equipped to boost batteries and perform minor adjustments to alternators, starters, etc. while on the road.

Lockout Service - 24 Hour Dispatch
If the member’s key’s are lost, broken or you locked out of your vehicle, we will dispatch a locksmith.

Map Routing Service
We will, at no charge provide you with a map and travel route to the destination of your choice. Call customer service for your free map.
