Q When do I receive my membership materials?

A You are a member immediately, however, you will receive your materials in about 10 days.

Q Exactly what will I receive?

A You will receive a roadside assistance card with applicable telephone numbers for all services and a pharmacy discount card.   You may want to print, from your computer, the list of pharmacies where your card is accepted. The Evidence of Coverage, pertaining to the $500 auto deductible reimbursement, will be included.

Q Why is a pharmacy discount card in an auto/travel club?

A It is a great added benefit. Not everyone has pharmacy insurance benefits AND not all prescriptions are covered in those programs. Sometimes a generic, with the discount card, is less expensive than the co-pay of a brand name too. This is just another way we can be "The club taking care of you".

Q How can I make sure I keep this membership current?

A You will be billed automatically, on your enrollment anniversary, on the credit card you used to enroll. Be sure to keep that card privileges.

Q Will I receive new cards annually?

A Yes, and any new additional benefits and opportunities too.
